Thank you for shopping with Fellbank Homeware. This policy explains how shipping works, our delivery timeframes, and associated costs.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is processed and forwarded to our supplier, Hill Interiors, for fulfilment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

2. Dispatch Time

Products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

Estimated dispatch times are:

Standard items: 3–7 working days

Special order or made-to-order items: Up to 14 working days

Dispatch time refers to the period between order confirmation and the item leaving the warehouse.

3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK Mainland

5–10 working days

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & remote UK locations

Delivery may take 10–14+ working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, item size, and destination.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.

For orders under £100, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Up to 10kg: £5.99

10kg to 20kg: £8.99

20kg to 40kg: £14.99

Over 40kg: £24.99

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@fellbank.com.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

An incorrect address provided at checkout, or

Failure to accept delivery, the order may be returned to the supplier. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you choose to cancel after a failed delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

The outer packaging

The damaged item

If tracking shows an item as delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible and we will assist with an investigation through the courier.

8. Dropship Fulfilment Notice

Fellbank works with trusted third-party suppliers, including Hill Interiors, to ship products directly to customers. As a result, items may arrive in supplier-branded packaging and delivery times may vary depending on availability and courier services.
